• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 20% non-refundable deposit paid
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded
• Full payment for your stay should be received no later than 28 working days prior to your arrival
• We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses
• Any damage or loss of keys must be paid for. On the rare occasion when damage occurs, by negligence or a deliberate action taken by a Guest, which directly or indirectly causes loss to Puddle or Snowdrop Cottage, the Guest agrees to indemnify such losses and that this forms part of the agreement at the time of booking. Losses include lost income, specialist expenses and the sourcing of alternative accommodation as necessary.
• Puddle and Snowdrop Cottage operate a non-smoking policy throughout the cottage. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden, although cigarette stubs should not be discarded outside. In the event of a guest(s) breaching the aforementioned policy, Puddle Cottage will levy a charge for additional cleaning to the Guests final bill and any damage caused as a result.
• Puddle Cottage welcomes up to two well behaved dog by prior arrangement for small charge of £20 to cover the additional cost of cleaning. We ask that the dog does not venture upstairs or onto the soft furnishings.
• The latest check out time is 10am, unless an alternative time has been arranged with the cottage manager.
• WIFI is available to all guests free of charge. The internet speed is the highest we can achieve in the local area although this is lower than in other parts of the country, such as major cities.
