Rutland Water Beach

As the weather heats up and it’s looking like a mini heatwave next week, relaxing by Rutland Water is the perfect way to relax.

Located on the North shore of Rutland Water at Sykes Lane (LE15 8QL) is Rutland Water beach which has 140 meters of sand and plenty of water to paddle and swim in!

Whilst the beach at Rutland Water is open all year round, it won’t officially open with fresh sand for another week (1st July) and swimming isn’t permitted until then either at which time lifeguards will patrol the beach.
