Airbnb Superhost

We are thrilled to share that we have recently been awarded the coveted Airbnb Superhost status!
Last year, we listed the cottages on Airbnb, having only advertised via our own website for the past 12 years. The aim was to fill any gaps in availability. We were amazed at the number of bookings that came through – it seems that a lot of people only search for accommodation on Airbnb now.
After 3 months of listing on Airbnb, we were awarded with Superhost status!
What is an Airbnb Superhost?
Airbnb’s Superhost program recognizes and rewards outstanding hosts who go above and beyond in providing exceptional hospitality. To become a Superhost, one must meet several criteria, including:
- Maintaining a 4.8 or higher average rating from guests.
- Completing at least 10 stays or 3 reservations that total 100 nights.
- Having a cancellation rate of less than 1%.
- Demonstrating a high response rate, typically within 24 hours.

The cottage was clean, comfortable, cosy and had character. A beautiful location too. Enjoyed being able to walk from the cottage without using the car and also relaxing in the cottage. The cottage was spacious, well-equipped and very clean. It is in a good location to access Rutland Water, the local pub and nearby hotel by foot or bike. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the sun in the morning and evening. Thank you Anna. [Snowdrop Cottage]
